This badge used to appear in chat when somebody cheered anonymously.

It's not actually given to users but rather appeared next to a "user" called AnAnonymousCheerer upon cheering.

Cheering anonymously was deprecated on the 24th of October 2022.

Twitch responded to the deprecation in a UserVoice thread with the following message:

"Hey all! Thanks for this thread. We recently deprecated anonymous Cheering after we discovered it was being abused. While we understand some viewers prefer not being recognized for Cheering, we made this change to ensure a safer experience for those who were negatively impacted.

We’ve also heard your concerns on what this means for the future of Bits. This deprecation is not related to any plans to limit Cheering with Bits on Twitch, and is solely focused on providing a safer experience for our community."

This badge is rewarded for people who send a Cheer to the Streamer but anonymously.

Cheering in this context would be Sending Bits.

Twitch Gives the ability to send Cheers anonymously to chatter to hide their identity.

This badge is easily obtainable in any channel ( If enabled ) by just cheering Anonymously.

This badge is only available in the channel you cheered anonymously.
