1. Stream for 25 hours in the last 30 days.

2. Stream on 12 different days in the last 30 days.

3. Average 75 concurrent viewers over the last 30 days.

Once you have completed the 3 requirements, you can apply for the partnership and apply for partner status via the Twitch dashboard at the Creator Dashboard -> Analytics -> Achievements.
